C. Richard Harrison
Chief Executive Officer and President

C. Richard (Dick) Harrison is the chief executive officer (CEO) and president of PTC. Mr. Harrison is responsible for driving all of PTC's global strategic planning and business strategy. Previous to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Harrison spent six years as PTC president and chief operating officer, responsible for all global sales, marketing, support and services.

Experience
Mr. Harrison joined PTC in 1987 as vice president of sales distribution. Previously, he served six years at Prime Computer, a leading mini computer company, in sales and sales management positions. Before Prime Computer, Mr. Harrison spent two years at Burroughs.

Mr. Harrison regularly presents the company's corporate vision to customers, analysts and the financial community. He supports the Inner City 100 Awards Dinner, which benefits the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) www.icic.org.

Education
Mr. Harrison attended University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a bachelor's degree in english literature.

Neil Moses
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Neil Moses is the executive vice president and CFO at PTC. In his current position, Mr. Moses is responsible for PTC's worldwide financial operations, corporate development, investor relations, corporate communications. Since Mr. Moses joined PTC in 2003, PTC has strengthened its operating model and balance sheet significantly, including a $130 million improvement in net income and a corresponding increase in cash and investments.

Experience
Prior to joining PTC, Mr. Moses served for three years as executive vice president and CFO of Axcelis Technologies, Inc., a leading worldwide manufacturer of equipment for the semiconductor industry. There, he established the infrastructure of the finance department and investor relations program for the newly public company, and created a financial model that enabled Axcelis to successfully navigate a cyclical downturn in the semiconductor industry. Before joining Axcelis, Mr. Moses held executive finance positions in the retail industry, serving as chief financial officer for Bradlees, Inc. from 1995 to 2000 and as senior vice president of finance and treasurer at Ames Department Stores, Inc. from 1990 to 1995.

Education
Mr. Moses attended Dartmouth College, where he earned a master's of business administration. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from Bowdoin College.

Barry Cohen
Executive Vice President Strategic Services and Partners

Barry F. Cohen, Ph.D. is the executive vice president for strategic services and partners at PTC. In this position, Mr. Cohen is responsible for PTC's global human resources, customer care, technical support, enterprise consulting partners, global services consulting and operations, Product First practice and education services.

Experience
Mr. Cohen joined PTC in January 1998 when PTC acquired Computervision. Prior to the acquisition, he served with Computervision for four years as senior vice president for human development and organizational productivity. Before joining Computervision, Mr. Cohen was the president of Possibilities Inc., an executive consulting firm specializing in organizational change and executive coaching, where he served for thirteen years.

Mr. Cohen has authored or co-authored several books on leadership and organizational change, including The Wellness Sourcebook, Ethical Leadership, Leadership Myths and Realities, and The Possibilities Economy: New Capital Development. He has also published many professional articles and a series of training manuals.

Education
Mr. Cohen earned his doctorate in logic and philosophy of science from the University of Buffalo.

Paul Cunningham
Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Distribution

Paul Cunningham is executive vice president of worldwide sales and distribution at PTC. Since assuming his position in October 2002, Mr. Cunningham has architected PTC's multi Channel distribution strategy and led the transformation of its sales force from desktop vendor to enterprise solutions provider.

Experience
After joining the company in 1988 as a sales representative, Mr. Cunningham was promoted regularly throughout the 1990's into areas of increasing sales management responsibility, both domestically and internationally as PTC achieved a decade of significant growth. Mr. Cunningham began his career in the software industry in 1987 with computer aided software engineering company Cortex Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Cunningham was a two-time Sales Leadership Club and Pacemaker Award winner for mailing equipment maker Pitney Bowes.

Mr. Cunningham has been a board member for the U.S. National Association of Manufacturers since 2002, and has been actively involved in lobbying the U.S. Congress for favorable legislation supporting U.S. manufacturers.

Education
Mr. Cunningham attended Babson College where he earned a bachelor of science in business administration majoring in Finance.

Anthony DiBona
Executive Vice President, Global Maintenance Support

Anthony (Tony) DiBona is the executive vice president of Global Maintenance Support at PTC. In his current position, Mr. DiBona is responsible for PTC Global Maintenance Support. He has been with PTC since 1998 and in that time has served as executive vice president, global business partner group, and executive vice president for major account sales.

Experience
Prior to joining PTC, Mr. DiBona served at Data General Corporation where he managed the U.S. Sales organization. Before joining Data General in 1989, he spent eleven years with Unisys Corporation.

Mr. DiBona is currently a trustee of the Massachusetts Software Council. He also serves as chairman of the Graduate Advisory Council at Bentley College.

Education
Mr. DiBona holds a master's in business administration from Bentley College, where he also earned an undergraduate degree, bachelor of science, business management.

James Heppelmann
Executive Vice President, Software Solutions, and Chief Product Officer

James (Jim) Heppelmann is the executive vice president, software products, and chief product officer at PTC. In his current position, Mr. Heppelmann is responsible for PTC's overall product direction, including coordination of PTC product vision and strategy, product design and development, and product marketing and management.

Experience
Mr. Heppelmann has worked in the information technology industry since 1985 and has extensive experience developing and deploying large-scale information systems within the manufacturing marketplace. Prior to joining PTC, Mr. Heppelmann was co- founder and chief technical officer of Windchill Technology, a Minnesota-based company acquired by PTC in 1998. Before co-founding Windchill Technology, Mr. Heppelmann served as chief technical officer at Metaphase. Mr. Heppelmann had worked at Control Data Corporation (now known as Syntegra) for seven years until the company formed Metaphase in 1992.

Mr. Heppelmann speaks regularly at product development and manufacturing industry events on topics such as PLM, digital value chain integration, and gaining competitive advantage through product development process improvement and global product development. He has also been published and quoted in numerous business and trade publications, including The Boston Globe, The Wall Street Journal, VARBusiness Magazine and MSI Magazine.

Education
Mr. Heppelmann attended University of Minnesota, where he earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis on computer-aided design.

Steve Horan
Corporate Vice President and CIO

Steve Horan is corporate vice president and chief information officer (CIO) at PTC. In his current position, Mr. Horan is responsible for PTC's global information technology infrastructure including business systems, enterprise operations, network communications, and end user services. Mr. Horan also focuses his efforts on PTC's use of its own technology, showcasing how PTC's offerings can effectively solve customer's product lifecycle management challenges. Mr. Horan is also responsible for PTC's PLM On Demand business, a hosted Windchill offering for SMB customers.

Experience
Mr. Horan has spent twenty-one years in and with the high technology industry. Prior to joining PTC in 1995, Mr. Horan was a partner at the accounting and consulting firm of Coopers and Lybrand in Boston. Mr. Horan speaks regularly at high technology industry events.

Mr. Horan currently serves as a member of the Board of Overseers at the Museum of Science.

Education
Mr. Horan attended Denison University and received a bachelor's degree in computer science and economics.

Aaron von Staats
Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Aaron von Staats is senior vice president, general counsel for PTC. In this position, Mr. von Staats is responsible for worldwide legal matters, including corporate governance, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, technology licensing, litigation, employment, real estate and corporate maintenance.

Experience
Since joining PTC in 1997, Mr. von Staats has held various legal positions, including Vice President -- North American Counsel, Regional Corporate Counsel - North America and Senior Staff Attorney. Prior to joining PTC Mr. von Staats practiced for five years as an associate with the Boston law firm Palmer & Dodge LLP. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul J. Liacos, chief justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Mr. von Staats is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the New England Corporate Counsel Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Education
Mr. von Staats attended Boston College Law School, where he earned his juris doctor. He received a bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
