PTC Channel Advantage is an industry leading program developed with our worldwide Value Added Reseller community to provide PTC products, services, training and support to our small and medium size business customers.
This program allows for our Reseller Partners to become trained and certified in our various product and solution implementation methodologies, and has three distinct levels. PTC Channel Advantage Silver, PTC Channel Advantage Gold and PTC Channel Advantage Platinum. These stages are based on increasing levels of investement requirements and associated program benefits.
The SMB market and our indirect sales channel is very important to PTC, and we are continually striving to provide increased benefits and value to our small and medium size customers.
